Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CARS RENT! By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CARS RENT. By signing the rental agreement and taking possession of the vehicle, you agree to comply with all terms set forth herein.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle from CARS RENT. A major credit card in your name is also required for the security deposit.

3. Rental Duration

The rental period begins when you pick up the vehicle and ends when you return it to the designated location. Late returns may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for the rental must be made at the time of booking or upon vehicle pickup. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Additional charges may apply for extra services, including but not limited to:

  • Additional driver fees
  • GPS and other equipment rentals
  • Fuel charges for returning the vehicle without a full tank

5. Insurance

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. We offer various insurance options to protect you against potential costs. Please review these options carefully and choose the coverage that best suits your needs.

6. Vehicle Use

You agree to use the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner. Prohibited uses include:

  • Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Using the vehicle for illegal activities
  • Off-roading or driving on unpaved roads unless permitted

7. Maintenance and Repairs

You are required to report any mechanical issues or accidents to CARS RENT immediately. You should not attempt any repairs without prior authorization from our team.

8. Termination

CARS RENT reserves the right to terminate this agreement and repossess the vehicle at any time if you violate any terms or conditions stated herein.

9. Limitation of Liability

CARS RENT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the vehicle or any failure to perform any obligations under this agreement.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CARS RENT operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

CARS RENT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
